Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DETARA website and the purchase of products from DETARA AS, a company registered in Oslo, Norway. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. DETARA reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products

All DETARA jewelry is made to order. Products are crafted to your specifications and may vary slightly from images shown on the website. Diamond certifications (IGI/GIA) are included with every purchase. DETARA reserves the right to substitute equivalent diamonds of equal or greater quality if the specified stone is unavailable.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in NOK (Norwegian Krone) and EUR. Prices include VAT where applicable. DETARA reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer. Production begins only after payment is verified. Your order number must be used as the payment reference. DETARA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references.

5. Production & Delivery

Standard production time is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery is via insured courier. DETARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events. All shipments are fully insured for the declared value.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all pieces are made to order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Custom jewelry orders are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DETARA website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of DETARA AS. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
