Bespoke appointment scheduling
Private consultations are available for custom jewelry projects, engagement ring selection, and bespoke design commissions. Sessions are conducted via video call.

How long does production take?
Standard production is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with fully insured express courier.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day no-quibble change-of-mind return on all standard (non-custom) items, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Custom-made and personalised pieces are covered by our 2-year manufacturing warranty instead.
Are diamonds certified?
Yes, all diamonds come with IGI or GIA certification.
